Fields View — When removing a domain, show the blank domain option in the picklist by default

In the Fields View, click a field that has an existing domain. In the domain picklist, choose the blank option to remove the domain.

Currently, the picklist scrolls down by default, hiding the blank option for removing the domain. This idea is to not scroll down by default but instead show the blank option at the top. That would make removing domains easier and more intuitive.
