In the Edit Vertices pane:
A field calculation-like mechanism to batch calculate Z and M values. For example, select a subset of a feature's vertices and set the M value to the cumulative length of the line, null, 0, or something else.
There might be use cases for adjusting X and Y coordinates too, such as batch-moving specific X coordinates to the left or right.
I don't know about Z but you used to be able to do this for M values in ArcMap. From memory it was a bit round-about but possible. And them they took that option away somehow in later versions of ArcMap. Definitely would be great to have it back.
Just an FYI
For basic batch updates to Z and M on selected vertices, you can use the Update Z Values and Update M Values commands:

Example:
For more complex updates to M values on a subset of a route, you can use Define Line Portion along with the M Value context menu commands: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/editing/define-a-portion-of-a-route.htm
