Feature class combine field view data and metadata into a single export

ArcGIS is able to export the geodatabase content into a table view, excel etc. For documentation purposes and for the purposes of sharing the structure of the features within a geodatabase, ArcGIS should have a tool, which will be able to export just the attribute structure and combine it with metadata of a feature in a single table or a sheet.

The goal is to have an exported table or a sheet, where the first rows will display the Summary adn Description as it is filled through the Edit metadata possibility and then rows and columns as described in the Field view with the option to hide and show specific columns.

The result will be fast tool to use for feature class structure report, which might be used for iteration over multiple feature classes.
