Export Tilecaches in SQLite or MBTile format

I would to have the ability to use my cached Tiles offline on my mobile device.  Most of the applications work with SQLite or the MBTile format. Furthermore I want to put away some Tilecaches to different customers, who don't work with ArcGis.

You can get the functionality using Arc2Earth, but it would be nice if ESRI had built in functionality to do this.

Given that MBtiles is used by almost every open source client, quite surprised that ESRI doesn't support it as an output format.

Sadly, I am not surprised, but it doesn't make it any less disappointing.
