Expand the functionality of the Simplify Building tool

I would like to expand the functionality of the Simplify Building tool. I need to add possibility to add feature classes, in which are features, that shares edges with buildings and ensure the features would have the same simplified shape in common parts.
For example the blue line would share edges with the red edges of the simplified buildings.

I would also like to see the Pro Simplify Building tool improved to be a practical tool to clean up building footprints created by automated feature extraction.
The key enhancements are:
- Preserve building orientation
- Preserve building size
- Allow Round buildings
- Force square corners
- Improve the help to define how the Simplification Tolerance is used by the tool
