Enlarge expression box in 'Select By Attributes' window with window size

Right now no matter how big you make the select by attribute box, the little expression window gets no bigger; quite difficult to enter long expressions. It doesn't scroll with the mouse wheel, either.

Just wanted to note here that hovering over the scroll bar and using the mouse wheel works. I'm not discounting your idea - rather, trying to share this in hopes that it will help you for now!
The window can be resized horizontally and that will lengthen the expression field. I have to do this all the time, and because the window always reverts to its original size when reopened (a whole different idea posting), I'm constantly dragging this window wider.
