For ArcObjects users, the Snippet Finder is very useful. It provides good samples and can save a lot of time. However, a developer might not want to insert a whole snippet; rather just take pieces and copy and paste them into code.
These two simple enhancements would make using the Snipper Finder more flexible and significantly easier to use:
(1) Make the Snippet Finder window modal. That would facilitate copy and paste without having to close, re-open and search again for the snippet of interest.
(2) When the Snippet Finder opens, set focus to the search text box. This will save a click.
