Customisable drop-down menu options to display text in layouts.
We make maps for clients, and some of the information included in the info boxes surrounding the map is always one option from a selection of standard options. For example, we have a textbox with "Type of Map:" which needs to be edited for each map before exporting to PDF to say one from "Rural", "Urban" or "Other". Instead of having to type this in each time, it would be great to be able to add an interactive button with a drop-down menu from which I can choose Rural, Urban or Other, linked to a table or even feature class attribute field, where drop-down options can be customised. Fundamentally the same concept as domains in attribute fields, just in a layout instead. Would save loads of time and also spelling mistakes!
