Disable mosaic dataset footprint layer for all ArcGIS Pro users in an organization

It would be helpful if there were a way for an organization to disable raster mosaic dataset footprints for all users, for all datasets.
The footprint layers are not useful in our case. Every time a user adds an ortho layer to a map, they need to turn off the footprint layer. That seems unnecessary.

I see that is an option at Pro 3.4.3, not sure when it came to be
maybe users are ok setting it or maybe your organization can set that when they install the Pro software?
or maybe you are hoping to get similar included in the mosaic dataset properties dialog?
or does you organization have the option to publish image services that reference the mosaic datasets?
