Will Esri be opening up Deep Learning capabilities for ROCm? NVIDIA cards are outrageously priced, if they are even available. We need to be able to run deep learning on AMD GPU that uses open source ROCm instead of proprietary NVIDIA CUDA. I'm at a university, it's a hard sell to IT, that they should buy 100 new computers with NVIDIA CUDA cards.

I absolutely need Deep Learning to work on AMD GPU using ROCm.

Hi @UofSC_KevinHaynes ,

The GPU section lists the system requirements. Currently these are the system requirements and Nvidia CUDA GPUs are needed.

@ShivaniPathak Thank you, I know what the current requirements are. I am suggesting Esri develop ArcGIS Pro Deep Learning to be compatible with ROCm so that we can run deep learning with AMD GPU. That would help us educate our students with Esri software better. Currently, we can't teach them Deep Learning, because we don't have the chips for it.
