Correct the creation of polygons in a shapefile layer that is not saved in a GDB

Because when creating a polygon in a shapefile layer outside of a gdb, the element disappears from the layer but its properties are saved in the attribute table. It would be great to review how to correct this flaw, it may be by optimizing the visualization or improving the editing of these entities.

@tempLeidyGarcía features from shapefiles shouldn't disappear when editing. Perhaps the shapefile has a bad/missing spatial index or something else is going on?

If recalculating or removing/re-adding the spatial index doesn't resolve it, please call Esri Technical Support for them to investigate a possible bug.
