I want to copy a specific column, such as the Field Name column, to the clipboard by clicking the column header to select it and hitting CTRL+C.

Currently, clicking the column header doesn't do anything.

And right-clicking the column header and clicking Copy doesn't work. Nothing gets copied to the clipboard. That might be a bug.

I'm aware that I can select the entire Fields View "table" by clicking the top left square of the table. But I want to only select a specific column and copy it.

Always annoying when you just need 2 or 3 columns from a giant table but you either have to screw around with the visible fields or copy out a giant field set and trim it down in Excel. This would be very nice!

Someone suggested this to me in another thread...

Right-click on the layer and go to Data Engineering
Drag the field into the box on the right and then you can click on a field name and copy it.

Why can't I copy field names from the Fields Data Design dialog in ArcGIS Pro?
