Our company has submitted this issue before and it was not recognized in any further releases, recently I contacted ESRI Canada support and they are unfortunately unable to find a solution.  In the map document the data frame is rotated at 25 degrees and the Easting and Northing coordinates are labelling right beside one and other, if you are not aware of which has 6 and which has 7 digits then it creates confusion, essentially unprofessional looking figures.

The soultion that was provided to me was to create the labels as graphics, but it will no longer be dynamic.  I would think this would be a quick fix on the programming level, but that is just an assumption as I am not a master at programming.  Thanks for your time!

Grids and graticules in ArcGIS Pro allow Easting and Northing coordinates to be formatted per edge, which should solve this problem.
