ArcGIS Pro 3.2.2:
When dragging a layer in the Contents Pane:
I'm able to scroll up or down by moving/dragging the mouse to the top or bottom of the Contents Pane. That works as expected.
However, my intuition is to use the mouse wheel (while dragging) to scroll up or down. But using the mouse wheel has no effect while dragging. Could that functionality be added?
