Bring back active topology selection dropdown

At 10x users have to open a widget to change the active topology layer. In earlier versions, there was a dropdown menu for choosing the active topology. Not only is the older functionality one less click, it is a good reminder to be able to see which one is active at all times.

Tiffany is right. This is one feature that I would really appreciate getting back. It is much more convenient for choosing the topology we are editing and I really like being able see immediately which is active.

ArcGIS Pro has a dropdown on the Edit tab for choosing the active Topology.
