ArcGIS Pro should support opening .markup files from ArcGIS Field Maps directly, without needing to add from portal

Our field workers are using ArcGIS Field Maps to collect and share simple data from the field to the office using markups (.markup files). Workers in the office uses ArcGIS Pro to open and work with this data.

However, ArcGIS Pro currently only supports adding markups shared to portal.

It would be better if ArcGIS Pro supports opening .markup files directly, as this would improve the efficiency of our work. Since we prefer sharing files directly using instant messaging, where office workers can drag-and-drop .markup files directly into ArcGIS Pro's Maps.

An error message when adding a .markup file to ArcGIS Pro is attempted.
