ArcGIS Pro - Server Publishing Tools (ArcMap 'Preview 'Equivalent)

I would like the ability to add a Preview to Pro similar to the ArcMap Preview that identifies the draw time of the map service at varying scales.

The goal of this would be to identify where and how to optimize a map service (symbology, labels, etc.) at various scales to help troubleshoot potentials issues with a service.  When ArcGIS Monitor indicates a slow response time, this would help narrow down issues with the service.
