ArcGIS Pro- Ruler Tool- Ability to inverse ruler numbers

Hello ArcGIS Pro Team, 

Please add the ability to define the orientation of the Ruler in Pro Layouts. For example when working between ArcGIS Pro and Adobe design softwars, both their rulers display opposite causing the need for calculation when translating between programs. 

Pro's ruler has an orientation of high numbers at the left and top

Adobe Design Software ruler orientation has low numbers at the left and top

By having the option to flip the measurment in ArcGIS Pro this will allow measurements to be more translatable between the two sofware platforms.
