ArcGIS pro: Moving Headings in Legends

Geological maps often contain legends with many categories.
To keep legends clearer, items are grouped with headings. In ArcMap it is possible to sort the "chapters" with the different headings as needed (move up and down). You can find an example attached and also under https://services.bgr.de/geologie/guek250

Although in ArcGIS pro headings can be inserted, this function is missing and urgently needed!

This feature, which is very often needed, should definitely be reinstalled, especially with regard to ArcMap equivalency.
At the same time, it would be desirable if the individual headings (or "groups", according to the new terminology) could all be expanded and collapsed at once (using ctrl+left mouse click, as with the layers in the TOC).
