ArcGIS Pro > Project > Options > Application > Time
...could be added with the ability to select the default time zone and check on by default the box for "Adjust for Daylight Saving". Why? Because, "I am le tired" of doing it over and over and over and over. The settings could apply to the layers, to the map, to services being published to ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, etc. (and by "etcetera" I mean that ArcGIS Pro architects could look at what they've got and apply the settings appropriately, consistently, and completely within and across their platform). I expect that ArcGIS Pro users who mostly operate within a single time zone would be the beneficiaries of this idea.

Great idea. Many of us operate within a single time zone.
My office also tends to remain in the same time-zone. I suspect, unless a very major earthquake occurs, this will not change.
I do find it odd that when I share a map to a .pdf at 9am (for example), the .pdf's metadata indicates it was created at 2am.
