Apply styles from gallery to Map Frames

It is possible to save styles to graphics and apply them to other graphics using the Format tab

I would like to apply this same sort of functionality to map frames.

Currently, that group of tools is available in the map frame formatting tab but is greyed out.

Please let us take advantage of pre-formatted styles to save us the time of formatting our map frames.

I understand that it might be difficult to make it work for borders and backgrounds all at once, but even being able to apply a line style from the gallery to the border would be useful.
