Allow the option to set the position of map-view as a separate floating window. This option helps when users are working with multiple map views. Each time we have to manually float the map view. If we close the map and re-open it from Catalog, it is again docked. The last saved instance isn't honored as well.
The option exists for 'Model Builder', 'Notebook', etc. However, for other windows it doesn't exist.
The same question was posted back in 2022 by @JamalNUMAN for ArcGIS Pro 2.8.4, and the functionality doesn't exist in latest version of ArcGIS Pro too.
Requesting Esri to log the enhancement & add this functionality in ArcGIS Pro.
