Allow a cancel option when digitising

When digitizing polygons, I have occasionally gone to use a tool I thought I would be able to use without finishing the polygon first. I then get the following message:

With the only options being to finish the polygon how it is, or get rid all together, with no option to cancel and carry on digitising the polygon. I have lost quite some time to this problem.

I agree, canceling should be possible.

As a workaround, you could just apply the sketch and then use the Reshape or Continue Feature tools.
