Adding NZVD2016

Hi there, 

will the New Zealand Vertical Datum 2016 be included with Arc?

From 27 June 2016 New Zealand Vertical Datum 2016 (NZVD2016) replaces NZVD2009 as the official national vertical datum for New Zealand.

sarahpc‌ It looks like this should be added in the end-of-year releases (ArcMap 10.6 and ArcGIS Pro 2.1).  As always, there could be unforeseen circumstances that could push that back, but that is the current plan.

Sarah in the meantime you can use this sample for any datum adjustment work.  Until we ship NZVD2016 you still cannot write vertical datum metadata for a feature class, but the sample will let you get the coordinates right.
