Add the ability to use a variable as the Layout Name that references the aprx file name

For document control reasons I use a single APRX per published document map (Layout > PDF).

I keep the project file name and the layout name the same so the pdf gets the same name, to make referring to either much more efficient for future enquiries or changes.

Currently I have to rename the Layout every time I update a project file name (new revision, etc).

Add the ability to use a variable as the Layout name that refers to the .aprx file name (excluding the '.aprx' of course).
