Did you check Raster Inspector in ArcGIS Pro 2.0 SDK (GitHub).

Looks Pretty much the same.

This is not very useful if you don't have access to SDK, which requires Visual Studio to be installed. Useful tools that were available in ArcGIS should be made available in Pro without having to install resource hogging SDK's and third party tools that may or may not be actively supported.
