Add “Locate in Catalog” option to layer context menu

When right-clicking a layer in the Contents pane, add an option that automatically opens the Catalog pane at the location of that layer’s data source (file, GDB, SDE, etc.).

Currently, users must open Layer Properties or go through Data > Locate, which takes more steps.
This shortcut would make it much faster and more intuitive to find a layer’s source in the Catalog.
