Add Closest relationship to Select By Location

So a couple of days ago I was helping someone and decided to use the Select By Location tool in ArcGIS Pro 3.1 and to my surprise (I was surprised because the Spatial Join tool has it) there wasn't a Closest relationship option available which is what I wanted at the time. So, I think it would be helpful if this relationship is added to the Select By Location tool, thank you.

I didn't even notice that Closest has the same issue as Largest Overlap.

I think there's justification for a combined idea just standardizing the list of options between these closely-related tools, if @Ed_ is okay with that.  I don't mind my idea being merged in.
