Add a refresh button to the Fields view

ArcGIS Pro 3.1.1

When I have the Fields view open, there doesn't seem to be a way to refresh the list of fields, if needed.

For example, if I disable editor tracking for a FC, then the existing editor tracking fields would now be deletable. But because the Fields view is already open, the fields still appear to be undeletable.

Could a refresh button be added to the Fields view to help with that scenario? I know it's possible to close the Fields view and re-open it as a workaround. But it would be more convenient to simply hit refresh.
