Create LRS Event From Existing Dataset not saving using ArcGIS Pro 3.3.7 (Pipeline Referencing)

We are Registering Events using  Create LRS Event From Existing Dataset. (Pipeline Referencing)

Using ArcGIS Pro 3.3.7 and doing configuration in FGDB.

Running the GeoProcessing Tool is successful and Feature Class displays in LRS Hierarchy.

However, properties show it is not registered with LRS.  If we save project and exit ArcGIS Pro and reopen it is saved and registered with LRS.  If we do not close ArcGIS Pro and reopen then the feature we added  previously  will be deleted from LRS.

Issues is resolved in 3.4  However have reproduced the issue in 3.5

Need to stay on ArcGIS Pro 3.3 and ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 until client upgrades.

@BDoornbos Thanks for your post. ArcGIS Pro 3.3.x is a long-term Network Management Release and very stable for production implementations.

I am not aware of the issue mentioned and could be specific to the dataset being used. Recommend logging a Esri Technical Support case so this can be further reviewed.
