Hello Parcel People,

@JasonCamerano

I may be missing this basic GIS data editing capability.  I would like to know if we can Move multiple selected features from multiple selectable feature classes (point, line, poly) by snapping to a vertex on one of the selected features and moving all selected features uniformly and snapping to another feature's vertex.  During this Move edit process I cannot seem to snap to a vertex on any of the selected features that I am moving.  I can however snap to a vertex (any vertex from any feature) that I am moving to.  Does anyone know how I can snap to the vertex on the feature I am moving?  Thank you!

Hey @JohnCodd

Can you try moving the yellow moving symbol the area of the moving feature you want to snap?

Here's an example.  I've selected all the lines and points of this feature, right clicked and chose MOVE

The yellow dot appears in the center

Now holding down the CTRL key and clicking on the yellow dot you can now move it around

I've now moved it to the corner of the moving features

Click and holding on the yellow dot I am now moving the feature and it will snap to other features in the map.

Hopefully this answers your question! If not feel free to clarify anything.

Hi @JasonCamerano

Thank you! I will try this today and let you know the results.  If it works I will be sure to click "Accept as Solution".  By the way I am on Pro Version 3.3.1.  Thanks!

Cool.  And this is all the same in 3.3.1 so that's perfect.
