Hi everyone,  I am in the process of learning the Traverse tool in ArcPro with different legal descriptions and for the most part am getting the hang of it.  However, I have come across several ways in which similar curves are described differently by people on older legal descriptions.

For example, how would this curve description be entered in the Traverse tool:

'...being on a non-tangent curve concave to the southwest, said curve having a radius of 247.57 ft. and a delta angle of 13 degrees 16' 10", thence southeast along said curve a distance of 57.33 ft.'
