What's the best way in ArcPro to draw a curve with the information given in this legal?

RADIUS POINT BEING AN IRRIGATION PIVOT WHICH BEARS NORTH 86°26'45" EAST 1318.52

Ah, okay. It seems like it's giving you the radial bearing, then. You can actually put "86-26-45-1 rb" in the bearing column, and the tool will understand that you mean a radial bearing. Then just enter the radius as -1318.52 and the arc length as 4017.93.
I've not seen that kind of description before. When it says an "irrigation pivot", does that mean the center of the irrigation circle? I'm not familiar with them. Is this description basically tracing out the entire circle?
Also, is there more to the legal than this? Can you provide the rest of it?

It's basically giving you the location on the west end of the arc and center of the radius as shown in red on the sketch below.

Excellent! It looks like that did the trick! - Can you confirm 'Radial Direction' is the option I need to change?. I didn't see a rb option.
Sorry, the "rb" thing is if you are using the Traverse tool (look in the Modify Features panel). It is fantastic for entering legal descriptions, if you've not used it before.
Using the "Circular Arc" tool, "Radial Direction" is what you want, yes.
I always use traverse for straight lines and circular arc for curves. I think I got it now using your method in Traverse.
