Create a tool that automatically generates connection lines across islands of parcels in the parcel fabric

Our organization utilizes the Weighted Least Squares Adjustment tool on our provincial parcel fabric. We do not maintain road parcels, so often our parcel fabric contains blocks of parcels. In order to truly executed a Weighted LSA, we would need to connect these groups of parcels, otherwise, what is really occurring is a series of consistency checks and control is not factored in. 

Manually creating all the connection lines that are required is a time consuming process and having the ability to automatically generate connection lines between blocks of parcels is a tool that would be incredibly useful for all organizations who want to execute a Weighted LSA but don't have connectivity between islands of parcels.
