When entering a subdivision boundary or parcel boundary from a metes and bounds description with the traverse tool on the advanced editing dialog, it would be nice to have a button that would delete all but the last vertex.  This last vertex would be the point of beginning for the subdivision or parcel.  Right now, I have to manually delete them by right clicking them or delete them from the sketch properties dialog.  One punch of the POB button or several clicks to delete individual vertices?  Give me a POB button, please.

Hi Jeff,

With the new Traverse tool in Pro 1.3 you can specify your POB. Because every course is a feature in Pro, you can define an editing template for the connection lines from the commencement point to the point of beginning, then specify the POB (as Closing Point) and then enter the boundary lines that already know where they have to close. The closing of the traverse can also be done automatically based on a distance tolerance you configure.
