Our organization has a point layer that contains water service information. This displays on the centroid of each parcel that has a water service. For condo parcels, and addresses with multiple services, this draws multiple points on top of each other.
I would like to use the following workflow to offset these points at a given reference scale.

However, I do not see documentation regarding the use of representations in ArcGIS online maps.
We currently have a published service that contains this feature class and that is saved as a web map that is used within a WebAppBuilder applicaiton.
Will this work for this application?
