I'm new at this hardware back-end stuff, so please pardon my naivity! I was told that to use ArcServer we would need to install a SQL Server license as well, which is high priced. I thought the ArcServer took care of the database management as it does in ArcGIS Desktop, but I can't assume - I just need someone to verify if this is true or not? We don't have our ArcServer on a stable platform to really work with it yet so we're all on the learning curve.
