I think I have installed ESRI Streetmaps Premium 2013 correctly. Now how do I utilize the data? One of the things I want to do is use it to make service areas using the network analyst extension. How do I go about doing that? Should there be a network dataset that I can just add to ArcMap? Is there a tutorial, manual, or handbook to help me with this?
