What does this error message mean?

I am trying to create a new group.  I filled in all the information.  I got this message.  Can't figure out what to do next.  Please help if you can.  You can reach me at j.m.pogodzinski@gmail.com.  Thanks for any help.

I'm not sure why you are getting that error. Can you give me more details?

1. Have you been able to create other groups?


2. Do you always get this error when working on the URBAN PUBLIC FINANCE....group?


3. Can you try creating the group with just one tag? I see you have a large # and wonder if this is causing issues.


4. Did you type in the description or copy/paste from another program (e.g., Word)


5. Does the description contain any formatting besides bullets


6. What is the file size, type, and dimensions of your image?


7. What browser are you using?
