I would like to know whether it is possible to change the https address to my Web Mapping application? Currently the link is very long, like this:

https:// uni-potsdam.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=3595915b0af244c89750823133a9e165

I would like to know whether it is possible to use a shorter version like e.g. for story maps, where you can type:

and this is redirecting to the full address:
https:// uni-potsdam.maps.arcgis.com/apps/MapJournal/index.html?appid=cb6ca4e99b8549fc9dea864ab2269ab0

In that case you can just share the short URL with the concerned members. Since the application is hosted in AGOL, all the parameters in the original URL is important to locate the application including the AppID of your application.

As far as I know, customizing the URL of a AGOL hosted web application doesn't look viable, except the short URL which will eventually redirect to the original URL, as you mentioned.

Would you like to embed the application to your website, if any? Embed an ArcGIS Online web application in a website

Thank you for your answer. No, I do not want to embed it, because actually  it is currently embed in my story map, and I would like to have it now as standalone WebApp.
