Web Map Filters no longer function properly with Feb 26 update

The filter works as expected until I click apply, then the spatial disappears from the map.  The attribute table correctly reflects the filter.   Possibly only date filters.

This is likely the same issue that is reported here: Re: Filter using "in the last" date no longer work... - Esri Community.

I am having this problem currently but am not filtering dates. I am filtering a string of numbers (UserID) and it has disappeared and does not come back up. Unable to filter anything on my layer, even hosted layers that I previously filtered are no longer there. It is just blank

We are hoping have this issue patched tonight.
