Hi @_____ this is definitely not the expected behavior for this tool - we want to resolve this issue ASAP.  Our support team needs to gather some more information about the details of this issue (web logs, job IDs, etc.). Can you please send an email to pklingman@esri.com with your customer number? I can get a case started for you on my end.
