Time Selector not responding on Sentinel Explorer app

Greetings! Is the time selector button broken on the Sentinel Explorer app? The other buttons all launch their tools, but the Time Selector button only opens this popup, unless I'm confused (but I've used this many times before without issue). I've tried it in both Chrome and Edge today with no luck.

If I'm just doing something wrong, please let me know! Thanks!
