Hi all,

I have published a map service to AGO from a geodatabase in ArcMap and have made some edits to a feature. I would like to see those edits in my geodatabase I use on my desktop ArcMap. Is there a way to automatically sync it so my desktop version replicates the online?

Thanks,

Zach

Hi Zachary,

Because feature services on AGOL are hosted, those changes will not reflect in your source data in your geodatabase.  This behavior is only available when using a registered enterprise geodatabase and ArcGIS Server.  What you can do though is export the feature service as a file geodatabase and either replace or append the new feature to your source data.

Hope this helps,

Marisa
