Streaming Topographic Maps

Does anyone know how to find the date of the topographic quadrangles used in the streaming topographic maps?  I would like to be able to cite the date of the topographic quadrangles depicted on my map.  Should I just assume that the streaming maps are the most up to date that the USGS has to offer?

If you're talking about the topo basemap, there is no way to determine the quad date. We don't maintain that information. This service was created a few years ago with the data available at the time. It has not been updated since and there are no plans to update it.
