Some features not getting labeled at certain zoom levels in vector tiles
Hi,
I know that not all ArcGIS Pro labeling properties carry over to AGOL, but I'm having an issue where some of my labels in the same layer are showing up at certain zoom levels and some aren't. I have a vector tile of just labels.
In this example, I have three military bases showing up at zoom level 10 (NS Norfolk, JEB Little Creek, and NAS Oceana).
When I zoom into level 11, I see more, like Craney Island Naval Supply Center and Norfolk Naval Shipyard.
Why aren't all of the labels showing up at level 10? When I change the visibility to a number lower than 10 or world, I still have the same issue. I assume the issue has to do with competing classes, but I don't know how to fix that. I have "Allow this label to overlap other labels" checked and changing the text anchor doesn't help. I also have this issue with some of the other layers in this tile.
