Hi,
I am using ArcGIS Pro 2.8 and applying the Generate Origin Destination Cost Matrix (Ready to Use Tool) on about 300 origins and 300 destinations, distributed all over Europe, to generate car travel time matrices. After 4 hours, execution failed with the following message:
"java.lang.Exception: Processing request took longer than the usage timeout for service 'World/OriginDestinationCostMatrix.GPServer'."
Does anyone know how I can change the timeout settings? Or is there another solution to get around the problem?
What is strange is that the execution of the service does not always stop (there are also cases where the 300x300 matrix was created successfully), but occasionally.
I appreciate any helpful hints.
