I have a map that I created in AGOL to track service calls. I need to both edit the features and filter them with the time slider. The problem I am having is that once I add the map service and edit the features the pop-ups are blank in detail view. Then when I switch back to edit view there are no features in the template to edit. I have to completely refresh the map to get it to work again.
I don't have this problem with just a feature service
I still have the problem when there is no time enabled features.
A list of the error producing work flow:
Publish a service from .mxd
Add both the feature service and map service to a blank AGOL map
Click on any feature and see the pop-up
Click on the edit button and successfully create or edit any feature
Click on the details button
Click on any feature and the pop-up is blank (not the "No Information" blank)
Click on the edit button and am not able to create or edit any feature

SQL express
I would appreciate any help on this.
