I have a developer account and trying out rest api. This is the url I tried with token.https://geocode.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/World/GeocodeServer/reverseGeocode?f=pjson&featureTy...This should give a canadian address in Ottawa, It shows an address in Antartica.

You should pass first x and then y, but you passed reverse.
