Republished service and cannot remove old tables in Map Viewer

I republsihed a map service and am recreating the web map and app now for the new layers, but when I open Map Viewer I cannot remove the old tables. There are 3 tables and only one of them has the options bar below it to show the table, filter, perform analysis, or more options. The other two do not have this and cannot be selected. I tried saving the map again but the tables are still there and unable to be removed when reopened. I've also tried adding in the service as a new layer and it adds the 3 tables, each able to be configured. I've also tried removing the old layer that the tables were related to but the tables remain there.

Any helps is appreciated.
